St James’s Area Guide
Home to various members clubs and royal residences, this area although relatively small, is home to some of the most desirable and historical properties in London.
Jermyn Street caters to the wealthy gentleman, Fortnum and Mason boasts an exquisite afternoon tea and King Street for the serious art dealers – it is arguably more desirable than its neighbouring Mayfair and possibly some may say more conveniently located.
St James’s Park is seen at its best on a bright summer’s day and tourists flock to the bridge to catch a glimpse of the fairy-tale palace that sits magnificently behind the lake and fountain. There is also ample opportunity to spot royalty as Clarence and Spencer House sit conveniently close by, the latter now being a museum open to the public.
Our team are always happy to provide a tour so you can get a feel for the area, please call to arrange an appointment.
