London will be getting its first avocado restaurant courtesy of Avobar, which will open in Covent Garden’s Henrietta Street at the end of the year. Get more details on fabulous eat outs in the area from your estate agent Covent Garden.

Japanese men’s fashion magazine CLUTCH magazine will open a retail store Clutch Café (combining a boutique and a café) in Fitzrovia in early 2018. It will be located on Great Portland Street, near Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, and Bond Street. Currently in its 57th issue, the magazine was founded in 2012, and maintains an English language website for its international readers.

Three weeks ago, King’s Cross got a new Mexican seafood restaurant Chula on 33 Bayswater Road. The restaurant focuses on fresh and light dishes, away from the heavy, cheesy fare commonly associated with Mexican cuisine.

Your estate agent Soho is sure to drop a few names when it comes to the area’s designer hotspots. A recent one is Salon 64, a hair salon with a make-up station and cocktail bar. You’ll also love the phone-charging docks and jewelry boxes at the two-floor salon.
