It does have an alarm system and you’ve got your intercom system now and it’s lovely, big Carriage, which has your washing machine and dryer and your boiler there as well. So everything is tucked away nicely. So great for storage or if you do have a vehicle.

Any three here, you’ve got your lovely kitchen. Got your dishwasher microwave oven.

And then we go through into the living space. So it’s living and dining. So, quite a lot of room in here, got a little light, well, which is good because it is grind floor. So it does give a bit of light. So I haven’t got any lights on in here, actually, so you can see

Upstairs. We have the bedrooms, and you’ve got a little office space and then the bathroom, so as you can see, you’ve got it.

Bathroom in here. Lovely tiles, very modern. We’ve also got some storage space just in through there very spacious bathroom also. And then you’ve got one bedroom large enough as you can see for a double.

And then you’ve got loads of built-in storage, which is great as well because it is a smaller room. However, you’ve got, you know, all that storage space. A just get this out.

So, how do you have room?

For belongings. And then this room is literally identical. So again, you’ve got a storage space there, which is exactly the CM and then double bed can fit in here. You can have it furnished or unfurnished. This is just the show furniture and this is a little study. You have this as a study or you can have it as another little tiny living room or if you’re into like gaming or anything, be Little Kim’s room. You do have this little balcony. I can’t get out.

Have the key but it is some sort of outdoor space which is quite nice to have in central London. Just going to close that up. And then last but not least, you’ve got upstairs which is the me and larger bedroom.

So beautiful large room.

If you’re a couple or one person with a lot of stuff and then little dressing table here, so you can do your makeup, fix your hair and then some more cupboard space. So, beautiful, large me and bedroom and to make it even better. You’ve got your separate bathroom here. So got the arms, sweet. Beautiful.

Modern and a skylight. They’re also have got some storage underneath and another mirror. So yeah, I really good three bedroom with an extra study room, and you’ve got tiny bit outdoor space as well.
