Foodies Festival, Syon Park

Syon Park in West London will see the return of the Foodies Festival this spring. At the end of May, a bunch of celebrity chefs and the Great British Bake Off winner and finalists will be at the festival cooking up a storm. There will be a variety of street food stalls, cooking demonstrations and workshops to keep the crowds entertained and well-fed. The family-oriented Foodies Festival would never be complete without a pie-throwing competition and garden games. KERB presents Jam on Rye at Peckham Park at the end of May this year. Throw in summer cocktails, some amazing music including jazz, reggae, and afrobeat and you have a party on your hands. The festival showcases special local talent, has lots of fun activities for the family, and has three stages each hosting a different type of event. Soho Food Feast, St. Anne’s Churchyard

For one of the very best food festivals In London 2019, The Soho Food Feast is our favourite and all for an excellent cause. Held in early June, the festival features a variety of restaurants and bars over the two days. Tickets for the event can be booked online at the website and will cost £15. In addition, £2 food tokens can be bought and exchanged for the mouth-watering fare that will be on offer. Live music, children’s activities, cooking demonstrations, and a raffle are also being organised so that there’s always something for everyone to see, do and eat. All proceeds from the Soho Food Feast go towards the Soho Parish Primary School. The Soho Food Feast will grace the St. Anne’s Churchyard on the weekend of 8th and 9th June at Wardour St, Soho, London W1D 6LB.

Taste of London, Regent’s Park

Summer in London cannot be complete without the Taste of London food festival at Regent’s Park. The alfresco celebration of food brings us what we love most in life – food and spending time outdoors with family. The festival features 40 of the best restaurants in London dishing up cuisines from all over the globe. Even though the portions are only sample-sized, once you’ve gone through a few of them, you will be quite satiated. Michelin-starred chefs will present cooking demos with lots of great culinary tips. The Taste of London festival spans over five days from the 19th to the 23rd of June. You can catch it at Regent’s Park, Inner Circle, London, NW1 4NR.

The Gelato Festival, Covent Garden Piazza

Londoners can beat the heat at the Gelato Festival being organised at Covent Garden Piazza. 16 artisanal gelato chefs will be competing for a slot in the Gelato World Masters 2021 and the lucky ones present get to sample what these talented chefs create. There are three 13-meter food trucks to host all the action that includes themed educational workshops. The Gelato Festival is your chance to try some unique new flavours that could just be the next big thing in the world of frozen desserts. The Gelato Festival will chill and thrill on the 23rd and 24th of June at Covent Garden, London WC2.

Hampton Court Palace Food Festival

The Hampton Court Palace Food Festival is a royal celebration of culinary delights. With one of the widest selections of foods to try, you would need to come on back all three days to taste them all. From street food to high tea and several cooking demonstrations and workshops, this food festival will not disappoint even the most ardent foodies. There will be pop-up restaurants and over a 100 different types of speciality foods with every type of palate and preference catered to.
