How do you handle rent collection and arrears at Greater London Properties?

Rent collection is fully managed on your behalf. We ensure tenants are aware of the rent payment schedule and offer multiple payment methods for convenience. Should arrears occur, we immediately follow a set process:

  • Prompt reminders: Tenants are reminded of their obligation as soon as the rent is late.
  • Late payment charges: Depending on the tenancy agreement, penalties may be applied.
  • Legal procedures: If the tenant repeatedly misses payments, we escalate the situation by issuing formal notices (Section 8, for example) and guiding you through the legal eviction process if necessary.
