If you are retired you will need these pieces of documentation:

2. Proof of address which is dated within 3 months of your tenancy start date (for example – a utility bill, doctor letter, pension or insurance letter).
3. Your most recent 6 months’ everyday bank statements (with everyday transactions such as salary, rent payments, shopping, food etc.)
4. Your proof of pension (pension letter)
5. Landlord Reference. You will need to provide your Landlord contact details – name, phone number and email address and confirm when your tenancy is due to end. If you own your property, you will need to provide the Land Registry.
