I agree to submit the above references, and understand that upon submitting a reservation fee, the above mentioned property will be secured to my name whilst my references are being processed. I understand that under the right to rent legislation I must show, in person, my original passport, and visa if applicable, within 28 days prior to my tenancy start date. I accept that should I choose not to take this property or be found to have submitted false or insufficient documents that result in me failing the referencing procedures, my holding deposit will be kept by the landlord and Greater London Properties to cover re-marketing costs. I agree that my references and contact details can be passed on to the landlord and/or managing agent and an external referencing company of Greater London Properties choosing. I agree that my contact details can be passed on to GLP’s utility concierge partner ‘Please Connect Me’. The holding deposit will be deducted from the outstanding total rent amount.
