We started this initiative in Central London five years ago. Every time we sold a property, we gave 10% of our fee to a school chosen by the seller. The impact was incredible—thousands of pounds raised for school libraries, playgrounds, and essential resources.
Now, we have brought this initiative home to Dulwich and Herne Hill.
