STEP 1.

Get An Accurate Valuation

STEP 2.

Select Your Agent & Choose Your Package

Whether you need Property Management or a Let Only service, work alongside an agent who can offer all the services that fit your needs and are local enough to ensure any issues can be sorted swiftly. Our landlord packages are designed to be flexible and unique.

STEP 3.

Regulations

One of the most essential stages of the process – our team will perform a full check of all the relevant and up to date documentation on your property. To legally rent a property you need a variety of documents including an EPC, Gas Safety, Proof of Ownership and an HMO (if multiple occupancy). Your branch manager is always on hand to offer advice and answer any questions.

STEP 4.

Picture Perfect

STEP 5.

Lets Get Marketing

Its time to get your property on the portals, in the shop front windows, out via email to the CRM system and start a targeted social media campaign with the aim of reaching as many applicants as possible.

STEP 6.

Viewings

Viewings will take place at your or your current tenants convenience and we will always provide 24 hour notice in writing to request permission for entry.

STEP 7.

Lots of Offers

We will put every offer we receive to you by telephone and in writing. Our aim is to get the right tenants, at the best price, with as little void period as possible. We will provide you with information about your potential tenants eg, job status, resident permits, visa’s etc so you can make an informed decision.

STEP 8.

Referencing

Once an offer is agreed from both parties we take 5 weeks deposit to secure the property and take it off the market. We then commence the referencing process. With in-house and external referencing processes in place, we ensure all tenants are fully verified so you have peace of mind.

STEP 9.

The Move Day

Once tenants have passed referencing, it’s time to move in. At this stage we collect all the remainder of the monies as agreed during the offer stage. This means cleared monies into our account, a signed contract and once the tenants show their right to rent documentation we are now legally allowed to hand over the keys. We will send you the signed contract in the post.
