Lettings Negotiator Job, London

Greater London Properties are one of Central London’s most prominent independently owned estate agents with offices located in the Heart of Soho and Bloomsbury. We have been established for over fifteen years, have a diverse client list and property portfolio and are well respected in the industry.

Due to expansion we have an opportunity for a property consultant to work in our lettings team. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, a strong focus on customer service, be diligent be able to work as part of a team or individually. Previous experience is an advantage but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company, work in some of the most vibrant areas of London and with some of the most historic and prestigious landlords. An attractive commission structure with attainable monthly and annual bonuses is offered along with a generous basic pay and other perks.

The working hours are 8.45-5.30 Monday to Friday with viewings as required in the evenings and 10-4pm two Saturdays per month.
