We are looking for an enthusiastic Lettings Negotiator

Greater London Properties are one of Central London’s largest residential independent estate agents, with two branches based in Soho and Bloomsbury.

We are looking for a lively, energetic Lettings Negotiator to working with our smaller team based in Bloomsbury. We are offering a basic salary of between £17k – 22k with an uncapped OTE of £65k per annum.

We love ambition, personality along with some experience in the industry and in return we will provide excellent training (ARLA), generous commissions and salary plus access to incredible properties across some of the best areas in London.

GLP have been established since 2003, we pride ourselves on our longevity of staff, our solid relationships with landlords and portfolios and attention to detail in every aspect of property. We have a great team of people who are welcoming and knowledgeable – we are happy to train you up, all we ask in return is energy, commitment and honesty. You will be working alongside our Branch Manager, Sales Department and referencing team.
