The Owners Say
We always experienced this flat as charming and romantic. It is a secret gem, with a secret garden, set in the heart of Bloomsbury. The flat is always quiet and sometimes, especially on a Sunday morning, it is completely silent. We miss lying in bed on a Sunday morning, watching the birds come to feed. Yet, it is within a stone`s throw of central London, walkable to Covent Garden, Soho, and even Selfridges, with all other parts of London quickly accessible by tube or bus. We used to joke that we lived two hours and six minutes (the six-minute walk to the Eurostar) from Paris. The flat grows on you – the longer you stay in it, the more you come to love it. We loved it enough to stay much longer than we ever intended. There are only three flats in the building, and we all got on well together. We knew our neighbours and enjoyed a village atmosphere in the local area, especially the cafes and shops on Marchmont Street and Lamb`s Conduit Street. The flat is unique, spacious, and adorable. We adored it and we know someone else will too.
The apartment benefits from a share of freehold title.
