"We spent a wonderful 10 years in Burleigh House which we bought from new, and it holds a special place in our hearts. The natural light streaming into the flat from the floor to ceiling windows is superb and there can't be many better or quieter outlooks than over the building's shared garden and St George's Garden beyond. The building itself is well-maintained, and very well insulated with underfloor heating that keeps it warm all winter.

There is a large Waitrose supermarket at Brunswick Centre which is 5 minutes walk away. We also often walk to Covent Garden or Coal Drop Yard, just behind St. Pancras, with its incredible selection of shops and restaurants. The area is well served with underground railway stations including Russell Square and Kings Cross.

If you want to catch a Eurostar at St Pancras for a spontaneous Parisian adventure then you can stroll up to the station in under 15 minutes. There are great museums locally like the British Museum and the Royal Opera House which is at Covent Garden. The iconic six screen Curzon Bloomsbury cinema is just 5 minutes away. The flat is also very close to University College London, SOAS, and the London School of Economics. And when it's time for a getaway, all main London airports are easily reachable by rail. "
