Good afternoon. My name is Shawn has from greater London, properties, and welcome everyone to Alive. A video tour of this fantastic or one-bedroom apartment on Wall Street, and fits Rovia. Now, before we start went from into joint, we are in the building of the apartment. It is set in a Charming Mansion Block in the heart of Israel via with plenty of amenities which were all shot off away from retail shops on Oxford Street restaurants on Charlotte Street bars and

Two stations or a short walk away. So the closest station is Oxford Circus station, which is literally just a few minutes. Way you can get the Central and basically line from there, as well as the Victoria line. And then you also have taught and cross station, which is also again very close by and you can get the northern and central line. So you pretty much have everything on your doorstep which is fantastic. And I believe everyone has a join now. So I will start the talk.

So we are on the first floor.

Now before I start walking around, I’m just going to pan around. So you get an idea of where everything is on the floor pan which you can find on our website. So soon, as you come in, you have this fantastic living room on my left and then you’ve got a separate dining area as well, which is very hard to find in central London. So, this is really nice. And then on my right you have the bathroom, bedroom and the kitchen. So I’m just going to start you off in the

Way.

It’s a really nice hallway as well. I’m just going to take you down and show you’ve got this really nice wooden flooring throughout as well. And then you’ve also got your entry system too. So you can just buzz anybody up without having to go down.

Got my first question from Michael asking about the size of the flat. Great question. So the size is 50 square meters or 541 square feet, which is a phenomenal size for a one-bedroom flat as well. And it’s quite quirky too, which is really nice. It has a lot of character to it. So I’m going to start off now in the living area. As you can see, this does come fully furnished which is great and and basically means you have to bring anything else with you just yourself.

See, you got your TV here? You do have stopped a plenty of storage space and this lot, which is fantastic. As you can see. And then you’ve got your sofa here.

And then you’ve got your with a nice coffee table.

I’m here with another chair and this is your dining area. And what’s great about this too is you’ve got these double doors where you can actually close it off that partition it so this could be a separate room to. So say for instance you’re working from home which I know a lot of people are right now. This would be a fantastic spot and what’s also nice to I mean, you could have read everything open which it is right now but you can have a

Which is great. And I love the the colors in the, in the flag T, like I like the the red walls, which is really nice.

Again, it adds a lot of character to it quirky as well, and then you do have spotlights running throughout the flat, which is fantastic. I’ve got another question from Amelia asking about the windows. So it’s actually double Glazed if you can see. And what’s nice is, even though you’re basically in the heart of fits Rovia, you can’t hear a single thing, which is amazing. I think these double double plays in actually really helps

And you know, in a busy street here, which is really nice.

And I’m going to take you to the bathroom.

So, you’ve got your

Double bedroom there. But then over here on my right, you have the bathroom, very modern. You’ve got this large mirror, which is great for when you’re getting ready, you’ve got this shower here as well. It’s got big shower head as well. So just going to show you that.

You can see it, and then you also have your heated towel, rail. Also got a mirror here, and then you’ve got storage behind it, where you can put in your toiletries.

Okay, now I’m going to take you to the bedroom.

Really good size bedroom.

Again, you’re at the back of the building. So the bedroom again. Super super quiet can also graph storage behind here.

We can put your clothing, you do have another draw at the top, which is great. You got a shelving unit just below here. Why didn’t show you? Which I’m going to go back to living room. Is that you do have more storage space in the living areas here, which is really nice. So, if you say, for instance, you need to put what you have a few more clothes that you want to put in the wardrobe.

This is in the living area, so this is fantastic. So when I say that you’ve got really good storage space, you do have fantastic storage space in here and you’ve actually got more storage space here, too. It’s just, it’s hidden away which is fantastic.

This also gives you an idea of how much you can actually put in here, too.

If you could put say, for instance, suitcases, that came.

I think that you just want to hide away. And then last but not least, my favorite room, the kitchen. I mean, look how stunning this is so slick, and modern, absolutely love. It means Straight Ahead. You’ve got a breakfast bar and you’ve got these really cool breakfast deals.

So you’ve got your big dishwasher here. You’ve also got your washing machine, which comes with a dryer. You’ve got your induction. Hob. Also got your electric fan, plenty of storage, which is fantastic, but wine, rack your oven

And what’s great is you’ve got your regular size fridge and freezer which again is quite hard to find in central London.

But you like cooking. This is a fantastic kitchen especially because it’s separate to living room and I do get a lot of people who always want that and it’s quite hard to find. So this is perfect.

And again, you’ve got double-glazed Windows throughout.

And they have it.
