Okay, so, welcome to Galco amused. Mansions were on the top floor of a two-bedroom one-bathroom property with outside space. As you can see, we've got quite a generous balcony to this property.

So if we come back into the main room, so this is a semi open plan, kitchen reception area. It is south facing. So you do get lovely light. That is obviously top floor with no, fairly nice Outlook towards the rear, houses of Bedford Square. So coming in, you do have guests, central heating. You've got wood flooring. You've got a recess kitchen over here, with a double oven, you do have a washer dryer and a

M line dishwasher.

Going towards where the bedroom spaces are immediately on our left. We've got a storage cupboard and a boiler, which Powers the heat and hot water on our right. We've got bedroom number one with storage cupboards. Now, this storage covered does feature this shelving unit, which was left by the previous tenants. This can stay or it can be removed. There is a

Hanging rail over here to hang clothes.

Going into the master bedroom, which is the bigger of the two similar situation. You do have access to the balcony, from this bedroom. You also have an additional storage cupboard over there and a further storage covered over here. This is to be removed. I don't quite know what this is, but this will not be here. And you can see the additional storage in. This bedroom is quite generous, just going to have a quick look into, as well. See how deep this is. So again, similar to the other bedroom.

Got quite good storage in here. Again. This shelving unit can be removed. If needed. We're viewing the property. Just as the tenants have moved out. There is cleaning to be done. There is possible painting and redecoration to be done, bathroom is positioned over here.

So, you do have a shell with bathtub again. The suspect this is going to be cleaned thoroughly.

Concluding another view of the reception room. I mean the main selling point of this apartment obviously is the outside space, which is extremely generous, you do have intercom system as well to allow for people to access the building from street level.
