So we are on new row with. This is a nice little Studio. The way you come in as a really nice, large living room and bedroom. Space Storage above the entrance.

So, you do actually have a reception area within the studio, which is fantastic. Because you don't get many spaces Studio spaces, which offer this, you have a really nice kitchen area. So, you've got fridge with a small freezer just here, electric oven

Washing machine with a dryer and a microwave already nicely tailored and fitted.

And then you go into the bathroom.

So you have a walk-in shower, it's very bright, because the Skylight here, you have a mirrored cabinet, this will be the tenants and then you have all of the storage space around there as well.

The first separate area, nice little Cove where the fireplace was, and also in here, looks like you've got additional storage, which is fantastic, so you don't need to get a wardrobe. So the property at does come unfurnished, but as you can see, you can live very minimalistic lie. So you can have a sofa with a dining with a coffee table there and then literally just a bed and maybe an armchair. But you don't even need an armchair per se

And you have lots of storage wardrobe and additional shelving space there. So really nice feels very bright. Obviously this section is the only section I've needed to turn a light on and that was literally just so that I could see it in the video. But when you're actually stood in it that dog,
