In the event that you have any additional queries about this process, please do not hesitate to contact our friendly staff here at Greater London Properties.

1. Passport and visa (if applicable); however, we will need you to bring the original documents to our office on or 28 days before your tenancy start date.
2. A proof of address that is dated within three months of the start date of your tenancy (for example – a utility bill, doctor letter, pension or insurance letter).
3. Most recent three months’ worth of everyday bank statements (with daily transactions such as salary, rent payments, shopping, food etc.)
4. Pay slips from the three most recent months.
5. A letter of recommendation from a landlord. You will be required to supply your landlord’s contact information, which includes their name, phone number, and email address, as well as confirmation of when your current lease is set to expire.
6. A letter of recommendation from employment. Name, phone number, and email address of a person who can validate your job and salary is required. You will also be required to indicate how long you have been employed by this organisation.
