What can I expect after instructing GLP to rent my property?
Your property will have an immediate bespoke marketing campaign including Gavl tours (an online viewing platform useful for our international clients), Social media advertising plus video and reel tours. We will ensure exposure in our shop front windows and this is done within 24 hours.
As standard we produce professional photographs and use all the online portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla for advertising.

If you decide to appoint our well-established Property Management Team, we will produce a thorough report of your home to ensure all aspects are in line with current regulation and legislations. Any works that need undertaken can be arranged by our team using our local approved contractors.
