How do I find my property value UK?

To gain a rough idea of how much your property is worth, look at sold house prices in your area. You can do this on sites like Zoopla and Rightmove, which scrape data from the Land Registry database. However, data is not always up-to-date, so in a fast-moving market, you won’t obtain a very accurate range of figures. Zoopla offers a free valuation service using market data and previous sales data. However, this isn’t very accurate either. To obtain a more accurate valuation, ask several local agents to value the property. An average of their figures will be in the right ballpark.
