Today on Central London’s Lockdown Support Network Megan from Greater London Properties was speaking with Magda Harbour who is a qualified therapist of 11 years and successfully treated hundreds of clients.
Magda owns a mental health practice Morton Harbour with offices in London Marylebone (Oldbury Place), West Sussex and East Sussex. Offering Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy and Counselling services.
With being in the 6th week of lockdown, GLP felt this chat would be something that we all need to hear, even for the people who have been feeling strong so far, sometimes we all have down days and that is OK.
