Hi, my name is Kate Hill and I’m the marketing manager here at greater London properties. And my main role here is to work alongside the sales and lettings, team to ensure that your property reaches maximum exposure and it’s very safe to say that we can no longer rely on the very traditional methods of marketing, putting it on Rightmove and zoopla on the market, just won’t cut it. So it greater than the properties. We’ve really embraced new technologies and for example we use a platform called gavel.
It’s an interactive platform where viewers applicants can log on and actually watch a viewing take place in real time. Ask relevant questions to uh, negotiate negotiators as they go around the house and it really has allowed us to reach an international audience and it’s a game-changer for most of our vendors and landlords in addition to our professional photography, our 3D images and matter ports and we don’t simply rely on these very traditional.
Of advertising and on, Right Moves. It put it on the market and I think I’ll be very short-sighted. And what we have done is really embraced, new ways that we can show video content. And we’ve come very heavily involved. In our social media, through Instagram and Facebook and through this, we’ve allowed ourselves to reach a wider audience, and expose our properties across a huge demographic, and often will do a preview of a property on social media first, which does create bit more excitement.
And anticipation. So do take a look at our accounts and please follow us. We have a very focused approach when it comes to targeting individuals when it comes to advertising on social media. And one way that we do, it very successfully is actually promoting a property to people that we know are looking for that search criteria, which means that the content they’re seeing is relevant and interesting and therefore, it’s extremely well-received and it really is next Generation marketing and it’s working for phenomenally, well, with all our vendors and our landlords
I shot friends are incredibly located across central London, But ultimately we rely really heavily and our fantastic team of people here at grp. Most have been with us for five years plus and all have embraced the culture of caring. We’re currently running, that’s become extremely successful.
Oil is the support our schools and in this event or can actually choose a school and we donate 10 percent of the sales fee to that school. So it’s a really lovely campaign one.
