Hello, my name is Megan and I’m the letting director here at GOP. I just wanted to pop on to tell you why we are different. What differentiates us from other agencies and here at GOP will be very personable, everyone’s really passionate, and you speak to the same people day in day out, and year. After a year, we have quite a low turnover of Staff, which is very rare, in a state agency. Secondly, like other estate agents, we do external referencing but what we also do is go above and beyond and do internal.
Thing, which we think is absolutely essential, especially if you are. Are we working in central London? Thirdly, we don’t believe in Hidden charges, we like to be transparent. Keep these to an absolute minimum, but what we find is most of our services are included within our feet. Anyway, we actually have an all-inclusive package which could be the Platinum package. So definitely speak to us about that one. Finally, we have a culture of caring for our clients. Relationships are the most important thing to us and are what make it really enjoyable.
And we really enjoy building these and we don’t take them for granted at all. It’s all so we recognize that every client has individual needs. So we’re very adaptable and flexible. And we can offer bespoke services for each one.
