What documents do I need to provide for a Company Let?
If you would like to rent a property through your company we would need the following documentation in order to pass referencing:
The Director
- Passport and Visa if applicable
- Proof of address which is dated within 3 months of your tenancy start date (A utility bill)
The Occupier
- Passport and Visa if applicable (we will need to view the original document 28 days before your tenancy start date).
- Proof of address which is dated within 3 months of your tenancy start date (A utility bill)
- Credit Check
- Landlord Reference
The Company
- Proof of authorised signatory on company letter headed paper
- Certificate of corporation
- Accountant Reference
- Last 3 years companies tax returns
- Credit Check
