What documents do I need to provide for a Company Let?

If you would like to rent a property through your company we would need the following documentation in order to pass referencing:

The Director

  • Passport and Visa if applicable
  • Proof of address which is dated within 3 months of your tenancy start date (A utility bill)

The Occupier

  • Passport and Visa if applicable (we will need to view the original document 28 days before your tenancy start date).
  • Proof of address which is dated within 3 months of your tenancy start date (A utility bill)
  • Credit Check
  • Landlord Reference

The Company

  • Proof of authorised signatory on company letter headed paper
  • Certificate of corporation
  • Accountant Reference
  • Last 3 years companies tax returns
  • Credit Check
