What the owner says:
I loved my two decades living in this flat, before we moved away and started renting it out. The location is fabulous, close to many interesting green spaces (St George’s Gardens were a favourite) and fun shopping / eating streets like Doughty St. The neighbourhood has improved massively in the last ten years, as well, as the new King’s Cross has emerged as one of the most vibrant and architecturally interesting areas in London. Sandwich Street and the block itself are quiet and civilised and well run, and I have happy memories of watching the New Year fireworks from the roof terrace. Fantastic to be able to walk anywhere in central London easily, while living in a place that can feel quite village-like.
